We Are Hiring: Bookkeeper / Office Manager

We’re looking for a Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join our team in Skipton.

This newly created position offers the chance to shape and grow the function as our business evolves. The role combines finance management with day-to-day office operations, bringing variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Bookkeeping and financial management using Xero
  • Managing accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll coordination
  • Overseeing office operations and supporting the management team
  • Keeping everything compliant, organised, and moving forward

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in bookkeeping and proficiency with Xero
  • An understanding of VAT, CIS, and UK accounting practices
  • Someone organised, proactive, and happy to get stuck into a variety of tasks
