ADNC are part of the CITB. This was an important step for us as a small construction business to obtain the support and access to resources to make our business a safer place to work and to help develop and train our team. CITB supports the construction industry to have a skilled, competent and inclusive workforce, now and in the future.
Constructionline
ADNC are gold members with Constructionline, as a growing construction business we need to ensure that we have our policies and procedures set out correctly and can demonstrate this to all we work with. This accreditation certifies that we have the correct protocols and procedures in place to manage and deliver projects.
Passive House Tradespersons
ADNC have certified Passive House Tradespersons that can build to Passive House (Passivhaus) standard. Passive House is a low energy design standard, that achieves exceptionally comfortable buildings with minimal carbon emissions. A Passive House has rigorous design standards and can be certified to prove the building has been designed to the assured Passive House criteria.
Passive House certification is an independent process that ensures Passive House standards for complete buildings, building components and building contractors. Certification is the formal assessment and approval of the quality of a project, or component. A certified tradesperson is someone who has a key understanding of Passive House principles.
