It’s shaping up to be a busy summer for the ADNC team, with projects flying out across both our residential and commercial portfolios—and some brilliant schemes about to break ground.
We’re proud to continue our long-standing partnership with Craven College, where we’re currently delivering brand-new, state-of-the-art construction facilities. The redevelopment of the old equine area is well underway, transforming it into a dynamic space for the next generation of trade professionals.
Elsewhere, we’re deep into a private barn refurbishment in Denholme. This one’s shaping up to be something really special, and we’ll be sharing more soon (trust us—it’s a beauty).
Looking ahead, we’re adding some exciting jobs to the mix:
- With John Wharton, we’re kicking off a full barn rebuild, converting it into a slick new games room and gym. Think bifolds, glazed walls, polished concrete, and a full demolition to kick things off.
- Alongside Bowman Riley, we’re refurbishing a property in Giggleswick – top to bottom. A full transformation that we can’t wait to get our teeth into.
- And back with Craven College, we’re gearing up for Phase 3 of their summer works, continuing our trusted partnership and pushing their facilities even further.
