The client wanted to maximise its corporate entertainment offering by extending their existing building incorporating a larger bar and new toilet facilities together with refurbishing the existing corporate area. This had to be completed during the summer break ready for the start of the next season.
Working closely with the client and the architect to review designs and concepts prior to commencement enabled the seamless delivery of the project brief. Incorporating client led design changes during the project to meet with the short timeframe and client budget.
The project was planned to use the just in time method for delivery of materials ensuring that the clubs match day health and safety requirements were met. The entire project was coordinated with the club’s pre-season activities and our construction programme.
