Office Administrator

Hannah is our Office Administrator and the organisational heartbeat of ADNC. With a hand in almost every part of the business, Hannah supports the entire team—keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

From answering calls and handling enquiries to preparing site folders, drafting subcontractor orders, and managing supplier communications, Hannah plays a vital role in getting new projects off the ground. She also oversees accommodation bookings, meeting arrangements, insurance paperwork, and health & safety documentation, including RAMS.

Beyond the operational side, Hannah is central to maintaining staff records, onboarding new starters and apprentices, and ensuring company policies are up to date. Whether it’s supporting the directors on tender submissions or making sure the site teams have what they need, her attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities make her an invaluable part of the ADNC team.

(And yes—she’s also the reason there are always biscuits in the office.)
