Josh Baker is our Commercial Manager and a key part of the ADNC leadership team. Since joining the company, he has played an integral role in the successful delivery of a wide range of projects, bringing a strong background in construction and commercial management.

Josh is responsible for a broad scope of duties across the business, including project oversight, tender preparation and submission, contract management, purchase orders, budgeting, forecasting, and client liaison. His structured, detail-focused approach helps ensure that every project runs efficiently, stays commercially viable, and meets client expectations.

With a clear understanding of both the operational and financial sides of construction, Josh supports the wider team in maintaining control and clarity across all stages of a project—from initial costing through to final delivery.
