Despite advertising for vacancies and contacting recruitment agencies to find skilled staff ADNC has come up short, in a time when work is plentiful and the company is growing this is a barrier that has to be overcome.
ADNC have worked with the local college to identify an apprentice who we can train and up skill to fill the labour gap.
