Our client acquired a derelict building in the centre of Leicester, for which, they engaged ADNC Projects to convert into 30 student apartments including the creation of communal areas.
ADNC Projects undertook the full turn-key package which included internal strip out and demolition works, drylining, mechanical and electrical, plastering, joinery first and second fix, decorations, flooring, and FF&E to deliver the completed package which was ready for the new student intake in September.
The overall programme was 20 weeks.
